That’s where branding comes in. We take complex ecological concepts and shape them into clear, engaging, and emotionally meaningful experiences—especially for children. Refining communication is at the heart of what we do: make people see differently, so action follows.
Traditional conservation communication focuses on loss, urgency, and data. We take a different route—identifying what makes a species or ecosystem remarkable and building the narrative around that strength.

Every idea is rooted in insight, not assumption.
Science, art, and storytelling work as one system.
Messaging that can be repeated, taught, and scaled.
Clarity, Connection, Experience, and Advocacy.
The Challenge: Vultures were largely seen through a negative lens—decline, death, and disease.
The Narrative Shift: We reframed them as masters of flight, highly efficient natural systems, and critical to ecological balance.
The Execution: Instead of a standard awareness drive, we designed Gyps Carnival—a multi-layered experience blending science, art, culture, and play. We began in the city where decisions are influenced, using children as the medium for organic advocacy.
The Impact: A complete repositioning of vultures—from neglect to respect.
The Challenge: During lockdown, children were disengaged and confined.
The Approach: Inspired by Ken Robinson, we created a digital content series that used drawing as an entry point to deeper thinking and divergent creativity.
The Execution: 50 stylised elephants, multiple interpretations, and a gradual introduction to adaptation and behaviour.
The Impact: What appears as an art series is actually a designed learning journey—building creativity while strengthening connection with nature.
The Challenge: Tigers are widely recognised, but the reasons for protecting them are often unclear.
Strategic Pillars: We built a structured communication framework positioning the tiger as an indicator of forest health, protector of ecosystems, cultural symbol, and driver of ecological balance.
The Deliverables: Supported by videos, teaching modules, and activity-based learning to enable consistent communication across educators, parents, and guides.
The Impact: Transforms a broad national idea into something people can immediately understand, remember, and adopt.
Branding is often seen purely as a business tool. We see it as a way to shape perception at scale. Nature doesn’t need more information—it needs better communication. That’s the space we work in.
